From my research I found out about this LS6 skate company, who work from a basement in Leeds printing T-shirts and creating boards. I also found out that I actually know one of the people on the team, and they told me that the boards are printed in bulk in America and shipped here. I then went on to e-mail the company, because they are local I figured they would be more likely to reply and I was pleasantly surprised by the response. A really useful reply that should help. Great stuff!
